Perfect place for couples to stay and enjoy Barcelona

Apartment was spotless. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. BEST shower in an apartment I’ve ever had. Kitchen was easy to use and well equipped. Bed was big and comfy. Location was exceptional. Easy walk to Sagrada Familia, supermarkets, high end shopping, bars and restaurants. Easy 1 change journey to/from the Airport using the metro. Metro station Diagonal 100 mts from apartment. Alessandra was a pleasure to deal with and her communication was prompt. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thankyou Alessandra for your fantastic apartment.

the shower in our apartment didn’t really have a good mechanism for keeping the water inside the shower area. we ended up with lots of water on the bathroom floor.

The apartment is ideally situated for most parts of Barcelona near the Diagonal Metro station and in a lovely location. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and was very clean and well decorated.

Alessandra, the host, is such a nice and friendly person who gives us her suggestion from a local perspective that we really had a wonderful time there in Barcelona. This lovely apartment is located at city center near the shopping area. Everything there was clean. It was just like at home. We enjoyed our trip in Barcelona due to this expect-exceeded apartment.

What was the highlight of Petit Rosselló

A thoughtfully well-appointed apartment at a great price in an amazing location!

The location is amazing. You can see La Sagrada Familia from the Bedroom window. The main (elite) shopping street in Barcelona (Passeig de Gracia) is mere steps away. Multiple Gaudi building are within a 5-8 minute walk from the apartment as well. The apartment is small but exceedingly well-appointed (washer/dryer, induction stove, coffeemaker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher). It's very much like staying in someone else's very nice/very clean apartment while they are gone. The primary benefit of staying here is interacting with Alessandra who is very helpful. In fact I had initially picked Petit Rossello and then when I asked about the bed Alessandra gave me the exact dimensions (no other apartment I was looking at in BCN responded to my inquiry) and I cancelled my stay because I thought I could find an actual king size bed in BCN. But no other place that had an *actual* King size bed has a price anywhere near Petit Rossello and they also refused to actually confirm their bed's dimensions in a timely manner. So I rebooked after I had initially cancelled. In the end my 6-foot-3 husband slept fine in the queensized bed.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and although there's a elevator (which worked well) I have an irrational fear of elevators, especially the very small (3 square meters?) kind you often find in European buildings so I traipsed up and down the stairs. (Which is pretty good exercise, actually). The only other issue is that there are THREE keys required to get into the building---although they are very distinguishable and there are two sets of keys, which is great for multiple visitors. The bedroom doesn't have it's own way of bein climate controlled so I imagine that could be an issue in the very hot or cold parts of the year. But these are minor concerns that are outweighed by the EXCELLENT location, the responsiveness of the host (Alessandra gave excellent grocery and gelato recommendations at the drop of a hat) and the very competitive price compared to similarly appointed apartments in Barcelona.

Great host, comfortable apartment in a great location.

Alessandra is an excellent communicator. Her daughter, Valentina, met us on time and gave a thorough orientation of the apartment and the area. The apartment is in an excellent location. It is comfortable and offers many conveniences.
